God I suck at drawing capes...
This is Golbez, the main villain from Final Fantasy IV ( not really....but I won't give you any spoilers ) he is a descent character but I really don't like how he suddenly just appeared in the story, and he actually looks like a really stupid "I wanna take over the wourwwld" villain until the near end of the game when you find out who he really is and why he is evil.
But I had fun drawing him, the one in the back is his design in FFIV: The After Years.

I love this game soo much as much as i sucked at trying to beat some of the bosses haha awesome job
