Description
Klonoa - Door to Phantomile is a game released in 1997, It's a platform game developed and published by Namco for the PlayStation.
This is the first game in the series, too bad they weren't succesful overseas, I don't get why, It's a fun platformer with some 2.5D elements, I played it for the first time in a demo CD with the PsOne, back then I didn't speak english so I didn't care about the story.
Then, there was a sequel callled Klonoa 2 - Lunatea's Veil, I played it over a friend's house in 2006 and I liked everything about it, the level design, and the simple yet well executed gameplay, Doot to Phantomile is where it all began and it did it right, not even games like Megaman X4/5/6 had a level design so great It actually made me want to play the stages again and I still keep both of them it in my mind as great games, I know there was a GBA game here and there, and a remake of this one for the Wii, but never again I heard of a true sequel I miss the 2.5D gameplay, the characters and etc, I would love a Klonoa 3.....but.....the Wii remake was a commercial failure so....goodbye Klonoa 3.....and hello thousands of Tekken games.

You never know. I mean I thought Panzer Dragoon bit the dust too.
